By entering your business information into our quote form, you agree for us to find you the best deals for your electricity. Using our industry knowledge, we’ll find you the best possible option at the time we receive your data. Depending on your meter number and consumption, this may include obtaining prices via our available tariffs or offering you a “direct tariff” from the energy companies.
We will telephone the number you entered online to confirm the details entered on the quote form. We will discuss the best options that fit your needs. You are under no obligation to proceed at any time. You can ask to remove your data from our systems at any time. We call you because we have a legitimate interest in:
- Understanding your requirements and confirming your details to ensure your quotes are accurate.
- Calling you immediately ensures you don’t waste any more time searching for prices.
You may also receive an email quote with prices direct from us or direct from an energy company. The energy companies or we will also contact you via the telephone number you entered to ensure that the tariff is right for you and help you switch if you require this service.
If you call our UK-based customer services team for a pricing quote, they’ll ask you for specific data to enable them to produce a quote for you. You can ask for the data you provided to be removed from our systems. We record all telephone calls as we have a legitimate interest to improve our customer services, potentially provide a verbal contract, or handle any complaints. We hold records of recordings for seven years from the date of the call.
