Utilita offer business electricity tariffs on 1 or 2-year fixed rate deals. With flexible payment options, customers can choose to have a fixed or variable monthly direct debit.

Utilita Energy has over 90,000 reviews on Trustpilot with a score of 4.3 out of 5. This is considered an excellent score. 

However, a report from Which? highlighted that of the complaints submitted to Utilita many of them were about customer service, payment issues and smart metering. The report scored their customer service as satisfactory.
